Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a B-A-D vehicle owned by the A-A-D Co., Ltd.

On August 20, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on August 22:20, 2016, and changed the course to one-lane in the speed of speed due to the following two-lanes: D' ahead of the D' in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from the long-distance flooding side of the high speed terminal, or the long-distance flooding side.
