The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in Seocho-gu B, Seoju-si.

On May 26, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant sold 4 C C C C, which is a drug harmful to juveniles, to KRW 50,00,00, instead of confirming the age of D (the age of 17), E (the age of 16), F (the remaining, the age of 16), G (the age of 16), and the age of G (the age of 16).
