On January 15, 2014, at around 21:47, the Defendant driven B Potete with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.087% at a section of about 3 km from the roads near Yong-si, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si to the roads in front of the Port Office located as the unification of the Jeonnam-si.
