Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant discovered that the horse F, who belongs to the police box in the Namyang-si Police Station E-Sari, sent out, after receiving a report from 112 that he carries on the business of operating the horse in the above singing room, was able to write out a singing box in order to verify the reported fact, and that the Defendant assaulted the F as “I f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
