Defendant
A and Defendant B are siblings; Defendant B is an employee of the company called “D”; Defendant A is an employee of the aforementioned “D”. Defendant A is an employee of the said “D”.
Defendant
C is a person who operates a scrap metal in the name of "F" in Nam-gu E at the port of port.
1. On March 2018, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B conspired to steal and sell scrap metal on the scrap metal, such as the co-principal (special larceny) of the Defendant A, Defendant A, and Defendant B, which were kept in the front cover of the port factory of the victim H Co., Ltd. located in Nam-gu G at the port of port.

As a result, Defendant A and Defendant B stolen the property owned by the victim company jointly.
2. Defendant B [thief]: (a) around 06:30 on January 30, 2020, Defendant B stolen 6,925km from the above date to July 7, 202, on seven occasions in total at the market price of KRW 13,530,00 by the following methods: (b) around 06:30,00 of the scrap metal, including the co-days owned by the victim, and brought about the loading of the said car at the expense of the said car by entering the scrap metal, such as the co-days owned by the victim, which is placed on the floor; and (c) thereby cutting off approximately 49,80km of the scrap metal, including the co-days in total amount of KRW 13,530,00,00 in the market price, from the above date to around July 20, 200.
