The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

On March 28, 2018, the Defendant prepared a false copy of the charges against B at the public service center of the Glangdong Police Station, which is located in 1050, in the 1050s, as the approximately approximately the approximately hurgs of the Glurg-gun, Glurg-gun.

In the petition, the following facts were known: “B(A) was a false degree under the name of the Korean Education Development Institute, without having a degree to operate the Epicianian Institute, and then punished for the purpose of obtaining a license for the operation of a private teaching institute; B was a person who acquired a degree normally and completed the registration of the Epician Institute; the Defendant directly verified B’s degree; and the Defendant was notified by the public official in charge of the Educational Support Agency that there was no illegality related to B’s academic background, and thus, B was not a forgery of the certificate.

Nevertheless, on March 28, 2018, the Defendant submitted a copy of the petition prepared by the Defendant to a person in charge with whom the name of the said police station is unknown for the purpose of having the victim be subject to criminal punishment, and made a non-existence of B.

Judgment

In full view of the following facts recognized by this Court based on the evidence duly adopted and investigated, B was unaware of false facts by the defendant.

It is difficult to recognize it, and there is no evidence to fully recognize it.

Therefore, the indictment of this case is pronounced not guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime.

① On March 28, 2018, the Defendant submitted a written petition to the Gldong Police Station on around 2018, and the summary of the petition was forged as if he graduated from the university although he had not graduated from the university, and based on this, entered false academic background in the former part of the Korean Music Institute. Based on this, the Defendant’s punishment for forgery, etc. of official documents was changed. As such, the degree certificate in the name of the president of the Korean Educational Development Institute was forged.

It is not true.

(2) B shall be governed by the Act on Recognition, etc. of Credits.
