Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,00 for the crime of KRW 2-B in six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of KRW 1.00,00.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 26, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around October 3, 2013.
1. Around 17:00 on August 31, 2013, Defendant A collected e (56) from the victim E (the age of 56) in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do on the ground that the victim does not open the door in front of the container used as a residential area, and collected ebbbbbs (a) (20 cm, 110 cm in length), which is a dangerous thing that the victim was at the end of the container, and thereby damaged the amount of repair cost to the extent that the knbs and the knbs of the container door was cut off.
