Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2015, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven a b-wing vehicle without a car driver's license in a section of about 1 km from the front of the Hyundai Emart, which is located in the C-dong of the Government-Si, to the front of the Songsan Public Security Center located in the same city.
