On October 5, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a BAR car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 150 meters from the street shop in front of the main place of the playter located in Busan High-gu, Busan to the same on the street in front of the same B &F Ssamman House without obtaining a driver's license.
