A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

In the name “Singing” book, “Sing” book, “Sing”, “Sing”, “Sing”, “Sing”, “Sing”, and “Sing” method, is planned to commit fraud. In other words, the Defendant, by misrepresenting the investigation agency and the Financial Supervisory Service, etc. to the victim, “the Defendant: (a) discovered cash in the bank that has leaked personal information; and (b) made a false statement to the victim; (c) the Defendant, who received the victim’s secret number of the house door from the victim in his name and conspired with the victim with one another to transfer the cash in custody to the victim in order to receive 3% remuneration; and accordingly, the Defendant served as a cash transport measure for the crime of “Sing”.

1. On August 20, 2019, in accordance with the orders of Bosingsing and thief’s name unsinging, the Defendant sent phone to the victim C residing in the Republic of Korea on August 20, 2019, and visited the investigative agency, etc., and stolen that “the deposit may be withdrawn due to leakage of personal information.” The Defendant sent phone call again to the victim “as he was arrested by the criminal, he would be able to leave the site and confirm it.” On the same day, the Defendant abused the victim’s residence, thereby cutting down KRW 24 million in cash.”

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with the total and implementation policies, committed a theft of KRW 87 million from July 31, 2019 to August 26, 2019 by intrusion upon the victims’ residence on a total of six occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (A).

2. In compliance with the instructions of Bosing, i.e., Non-use and attempted larceny, the victim who resides in the D Apartment at Hasksan around 11:00 on September 17, 2019, in accordance with the instructions of Bosing.
