1. On April 2, 2007, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the vice versa in the name of the Defendant and traded household checks.
On August 2012, the Defendant issued a check number “E”, par value “3,00,000,000”, and date of issuance “1 November 30, 2012” under the name of the Defendant, which was operated by the Defendant in Seo-gu, Busan.
On November 30, 2012, when the check was presented to the holder on the date of presentment for payment, the check was issued as shown in the list of crimes (excluding Nos. 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9) between August 2012 and October 2012, including that the Defendant did not pay the shortage of deposit, and that the check was issued as shown in the list of crimes (excluding No. 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9) but did not receive the suspension of transaction.

2. On November 5, 2012, the Defendant operated Scam Market with the trade name "Dmat" in Seo-gu, Busan.
