C(D) The regional housing association promotion committee is an organization with the purpose of obtaining the authorization of establishment of the regional housing association in order to acquire housing in the Seo-gu F of Gwangju, Seo-gu, and the defendant A is the representative of the defendant corporation B with the purpose of consulting business on sales agency in the Seo-gu, Gwangju.

On June 12, 2019, the regional promotion committee of the housing association of C (D, D) concluded a contract with the defendant corporation for the recruitment of union members with the defendant corporation B, and the defendant corporation B recruited union members in order to obtain the authorization of establishment of the regional housing association of C (D, E).

A person who intends to recruit members in order to obtain authorization for the establishment of a regional housing association shall report to the head of the competent Si/Gun/Gu, and recruit members by open recruitment through a daily newspaper widely visible to residents of the area subject to recruitment of members and the Internet homepage of the competent Si/Gun/autonomous Gu.

1. The Defendant recruited 508 members to establish a regional housing association in the vicinity of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, on July 23 to July 26, 2019, without posting a letter related to recruitment on a daily newspaper or Internet homepage, and recruited its members through open recruitment.

2. A, the representative of Defendant B Defendant B’s Defendant, recruited 508 members without going through open recruitment, who recruited members for the establishment of the regional housing association as above, in relation to the Defendant’s business at the above date and place.
