A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court's red support on May 25, 2006, and completed the execution of the sentence in the North Korean Vocational Training Prison on April 18, 2009.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On June 17, 2009, from around 02:00 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant came to “D” operated by the victim C in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, the Defendant: (a) intruded with the window opened in the above restaurant, into the window opened in a cafeteria; and (b) committed a theft with cash of KRW 180,000 (the head of KRW 12,00,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 60) annually; and (c) committed a theft.

B. On July 6, 2009, the Defendant: (a) from around 03:30 to around 04:00 on the same day, up to “G cafeteria” operated by the Victim F in Young-gun E; (b) opened the cafeteria by an influence method; (c) opened the cafeteria and intruded into the inside room of the said cafeteria; (d) opened the cafeteria at the cafeteria; and (e) opened the 1600,000 won in cash located in the cafeteria; and (e) stolen the said cafeteria with 1.6 million won in cash located in the cafeteria.

Around 05:00 on July 21, 2009, the Defendant: (a) infringed on the “J restaurant” operated by the victim I located in H of the Busan District in Busan District; (b) went into the window opened in the above restaurant; and (c) went into a 200,000 won in cash from the calculation unit of the said restaurant; and (d) stolen the Defendant, with one credit cooperative equivalent to 100,000 won in the market price located in the account unit (20,000 won).

On July 22, 2009, from around 23:30 to 04:00 on July 23, 2009 to the day of the same month, the Defendant got into “M cafeteria” operated by the victim L, which was located in the city of Busan, and went into a “M cafeteria,” and went into a maid window of the above cafeteria, and went into a maid manner, and went into a maid and stolen with cash of 50,000 won (50,000 won) located in the maid.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the victims' structures at night in a total of four times, and stolen the victims' property.
