Therefore, the Defendant: (a) was able to cut off the string line received from the victim on the ground that the victim does not take his own demand, cut off twice in the direction of righting the victim’s neck by cutting off the string line; and (b) was able to do so in the direction of righting the victim’s neck by hand; and (c) was able to hear the sound beyond the victim’s hiding, and then the Defendant was able to cut off the part of the string end by cutting off the string line by hand and then make it difficult to cut off the string line by hand.
Accordingly, the defendant killed the victim from his/her place to his/her teacher(s).
