1. Between the Defendant and Thai Construction Co., Ltd., on the 25-1 square meters of light 25-1,11.1 square meters in Jeonnam-do, Jeonnam-do.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff loaned 10,900,000,000 won in total on four occasions from February 1, 2008 to February 3, 2014, as set out in the following table 1: (a) the Plaintiff loaned 10,90,000 won to ju Construction Co., Ltd. (former trade name: hereinafter “Tro Construction”).

According to the credit transaction agreement concluded at the time of each loan, if Taei Construction delays the principal or interest to be paid to the Plaintiff on the agreed repayment date, or loses the benefit of time pursuant to Article 7 of the Basic Terms and Conditions for Credit Transactions, it shall pay damages for delay calculated at the maximum rate of 19% per annum on the balance of the loan.

On the other hand, the repayment date of loans Nos. 1 and 2 below was extended from February 1, 2009 to February 1, 2015, and the repayment date of loans No. 3 was extended from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2014.

Thro Construction did not pay each interest from April 2, 2014 to March 21, 2014 for loans of the following table 1, from March 21, 2014 for loans of the three times, and from March 31, 2014 for loans of the four times.

On February 1, 2008, interest rate of 4,00,000,000 won for loans (loans) on the date of loan implementation (loans) was 6.76% per annum on February 1, 2015 20.2.1, 2008 1,50,000,000 won (corporate general loans) on February 1, 2015 (corporate general loans) 3.61% per annum on February 1, 2015 3.61% per annum on January 20, 2012 3.4,00,000 won (corporate general loans) and 3.14% per annum on December 31, 2014 4.1,400,000 credit card bonds issued to the Plaintiff on February 31, 2014 [1.30% per annum 1,40,000,000 won (corporate general loans).

On December 2014, which was recognized in the rehabilitation procedure for solar construction, as mentioned in paragraph (1), the amount of claims for the Plaintiff’s solar construction was totaling KRW 9,287,112,902. Of them, the amount of claims secured by rehabilitation security rights is KRW 4,80,000.
