Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2017, at around 00:08, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with alcohol content of about 0.095% during blood in the 1km section from the road located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the 660 front road, according to the same Gu border water, from around 00:08.
