On February 20, 2016, the Defendant arbitrarily collected illegal advertisements and misrepresented C’s employees as public officials of the South-gu Office, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City public officials, even though they are not public officials belonging to the office of the office of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
