A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C driver's vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act.

On August 16:55, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car with the alcohol concentration of 0.214% 0.20%, and driven it along the two-lane road in front of the E-do located in D in the Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsan-si, the Defendant proceeded along the two-lanes from the direction of the Gyeongsan-do to the south.

At the same time, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and to prevent the accident in advance by looking well at the other vehicles' attitudes in the signal lights and the transmission on the road.

Nevertheless, as long as the Defendant neglected to perform his duty at the front time while under the influence of alcohol and neglected to do so, the Defendant got off the GNFna-car driven by the victim FF (the age of 43) who is under a stop and was driven by the Defendant, and received the front part of the said vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by its occupational negligence, injured the above victim FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

2. The time and time as referred to in paragraph (1) above shall be the same as in paragraph (1) above, although the defendant is prohibited from operating his vehicle on a road;
