Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On December 13, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of about 60 km from the direction of the four-lane to the four-lane road in the Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu. On December 13, 2016, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 60 km in the direction of the Daegu-gu airport.

As a result, the Defendant caused the death of the victim to a hospital at around 19:18 on the same day due to brain damage during the after-delivery.
