The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was arrested by a warrant issued by the Defendant in Gwangju Mine-gu, on suspicion of violation of the Labor Standards Act, etc. at the “Eel” operated by the Defendant; (b) the Defendant was arrested to the victim G (the age of 35) who is a labor supervisor belonging to the F of the Gwangju Regional Labor Agency (the age of 41) and the victim H (the age of 41) who is a labor supervisor belonging to the same workplace; and (c) was laid to the back end of the passenger car and was laid to the lower end of the passenger car at 208 route, while he was going to the office of the Gwangju Regional Labor Agency in North-gu, Gwangju; and (d) was laid to the end of the passenger car at the above office while going to the end of the passenger car at 208 route, and was laid to the office of the Gwangju Regional Labor Agency.

Around 10:50 on June 14, 2016, the Defendant was arrested as above, and then laid down his face two times in G while taking a bath to a labor supervisor G, who was parked in the parking lot of the police station located in the Gwangju Northern-dong, Gwangju Northern-dong, and was escorted to the Korea Labor Agency in Gwangju-gu. Accordingly, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by assaulting a public official who performs legitimate official duties in relation to the escort of arrested suspects.
