1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,973,636 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from November 25, 2014 to November 24, 2015, and the following.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. From November 201 to March 25, 2014, the Plaintiff produced and supplied the electrical panel to the Defendant, who is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of the kitchen equipment, under the trade name “B”.

B. 1) The Defendant, on August 29, 2013, operated jointly with the Babbbb Co., Ltd., Ltd. and the NAbmp lamps Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “China Co., Ltd”).

B) As between China’s interest plant and China’s interest system 2 system, Ostto-learning Ling Ling Ling L, DS-AC 100) and 1 system (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant equipment and equipment”) of Ostto- sand sand trading M/C.

The Defendant paid to the Plaintiff all the price of the electric panel supplied to the Plaintiff by November 30, 2013. D. The Plaintiff supplied each of the goods listed in the separate sheet from December 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014. E. The Defendant paid KRW 8,767,000 to the Plaintiff on January 28, 2014.
