On October 2, 2016, around 23:10 on October 2, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car in the state of alcohol alcohol content of about 0.164% from the 300-meter radius to the same Gu-based 119-meter road from the Gyeong Forest Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Daecheon-gu.
