1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff asserts that the real estate listed in the attached list was trusted in title to the plaintiff, and asks the defendant to accept the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the termination of the above title trust.

On August 1, 2017, the real estate listed in the attached list is registered as the plaintiff's ownership. The real estate in the attached list has been sold for compulsory auction by Incheon District Court C, and the ownership transfer registration has been completed in the D.

Therefore, the plaintiff is no longer entitled to seek the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer of the above real estate.

Therefore, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
