Criminal facts

On February 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny in the Daejeon District Court for eight months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 20, 2018, but on August 20, 2018, the said suspended sentence was revoked, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Daejeon Prison on December 2, 2018.

[2019 Highest 2976] The defendant is a person subject to convening a training force belonging to the Daejeon Highest 2 East-gu Daejeon.

1. On February 22, 2019, the Defendant received a notice of call-up training for reserve forces in the name of the commander of the 1970 registry, and did not undergo the said supplementary training without good cause, even though he/she received the notice of call-up training for reserve forces in the name of the commander of the 1970 registry for the last 19 years, which was conducted at the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Office on March 6, 2019, through the Defendant’s father D, in the Defendant’s residence in Daejeon-gu B

2. From February 22, 2019 to March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around February 22, 2019, through the Defendant’s father D, at the Defendant’s residence specified in paragraph (1).

3. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant did not undergo the above supplementary training without justifiable grounds despite receiving the notice of call-up of reserve forces in the name of the Defendant’s second unit commander in the name of the second unit commander in the 15-year East-gu World Reserve Forces training for the second unit in the 15-year period and the second unit training for the second half-year period in the 15-year period. The Defendant did not undergo the above supplementary training without justifiable grounds after receiving the notice of call-up of reserve forces in the name of the Defendant’s residence in the 1970 unit commander in the Daejeon-gu World Reserve Forces training site in the 1970 unit commander in the 18-year basic training site in the 1970 unit commander in the 20-year basic training site in the name of the Defendant’s residence in the 1970 unit commander in the 20-year basic training site in the 2019 unit.
