1. The Defendant is the District Court No. 10381, Mar. 10, 2006, which received on March 10, 2006 with respect to B forest land No. 1,721 square meters to the Plaintiff.

1. On February 24, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for KRW 117,00,000 for the purchase price of KRW 690 for C forest land in Chuncheon. After being aware that the Plaintiff purchased the proceeds excessively than the market price, the Defendant, on March 9, 2006, ordered the Plaintiff to refund KRW 8,00,000 to the Plaintiff out of the above purchase price. As such, the Plaintiff’s right to claim for sale and purchase of the said land within KRW 30,00,000 for the sale and purchase price of KRW 1721,00,000 for B forest land in Chuncheon City, KRW 820,00,000; KRW 820,000 for forest land; KRW 570,000 for the sale and purchase price of the said land before the date of completion of the pre-sale registration, and the Plaintiff’s right to claim sale and sale of the said land can be deemed to have been completed on March 14, 20,006.
