A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

A seized kacker (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

The defendant shall be 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, a business embezzlement, from October 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013, ordered goods on behalf of the Defendant to the agencies affiliated with the said branch, and was engaged in the business of managing the prices of goods, as employees of the victim farming-related branch D branch and 201, Ilyang-dong, Busan-dong, Seoul-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-dong, Seoul-dong, Seoul-si.

On April 10, 2013, the Defendant received 594,000 won from the victim to sell the goods to E and other companies, and collected 594,000 won from the goods, and used the goods for personal purposes, such as marriage funds, living expenses, and entertainment expenses, around that time.

From that time to May 25, 2013, the Defendant consumed total of KRW 61,949,624 by the aforementioned means 22 times, as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been kept in business.

B. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant collected 60,000,000 won from the agency owner G prior to the supply of goods from the E agency located in Macheon-si, and used the goods for personal purposes, such as marriage funds, living expenses, and entertainment expenses, around that time.

From that time to May 31, 2013, the Defendant consumed a total of KRW 102,55,000 in total on six occasions, as indicated in the attached Table 2, in mind, from that time to that time.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzleds the property of the victim who has been kept in business.

2. Robbery, injury, and indecent act by compulsion on June 30, 2013;

A. At around 04:40 on June 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Victim H (28 years old); (b) discovered the Victim H (the 28 years old), coming from the front delivery of the ebbbbbbbing site located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 984-7; and (c) prevented the Defendant from resisting the Victim by putting the Victim on the ground by drinking the Victim at once.

The defendant shall pay money to the victim in excess of the defendant.
