Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a person residing and engaged in a felling business in Gangseo-gun B; (b) obtained permission to cut standing timber from Pyeongtaek-gun to cut standing timber; and (c) was engaged in the work of cutting standing timber from Pyeongtaek-gun D, such as Gangwon-gun D; (d) 66 meters of the damaged area without permission from February 2016 to March 2016 to 396 meters of the damaged area; (d) 1,793,00 won of the required cost; (e) 1,793,00 won of the damaged area; (e) 7,178,560 won of the damaged area; (e) 1,74 meters of the damaged area without permission from the Gangwon-gun; and (e) 2, 375,900 square meters of the damaged area of the damaged area of the standing timber in total from the damaged area of the damaged area to 8,900 square meters of the damaged area of the standing timber in total; and (e) 1, 27485,294 square meters of the volume of the damaged.
