Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for the crime of indecent act by force at the Seoul Western District Court on May 31, 2012, and the judgment became conclusive on June 8, 2012, and submitted personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 60 days from the date the judgment became final and conclusive, but did not submit personal information without justifiable grounds
