1. Basic facts

A. A. D Co., Ltd. On August 27, 2003, the Plaintiff, including the change of the name of the owner of the building and the change of the housing construction project plan for the Plaintiff, shall be subject to the transfer of all of the instant new construction project rights from F, and the registration of ownership transfer concerning the instant real estate is completed in the name of
