Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

With respect to the civil execution of Gyeyang-gu Seoul building C building 701 which is the object of auction conducted in the second step of the auction, the Defendant had a public official in charge of the above court submitted a custody report and kept the custody report on January 31, 2013 to the public official in charge of the above court, and caused the fairness of auction by fraudulent means, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant had not exercised a custody right which covers the internal interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior tegys and the amount of 82.8 million won of the value-added tax refund 21.2.5 million won of the above auction object, even though he did not exercise a custody right as to the above auction object.
