Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2014, the Defendant driven at around 0.150% of the blood alcohol concentration on March 23:11, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km-5 car volume on the side of the National University located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu to the front of the Korean National University located in Seongbuk-ro 77, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
