Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of a regional and regional trade union among the regional headquarters of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union”) of the Gangwon-do Head Office.

Around November 14, 2015, the civil class of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City was holding a meeting of "the general public contest" by combining the taxes of labor organizations in the nationwide area with the Seoul square located in 17-3.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
