The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 151,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 9, 2019 to August 24, 2020, and thereafter.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and the whole pleadings, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff KRW 150 million from May 6, 2020 to May 8, 2020. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff KRW 151 million and to pay damages for delay calculated at each rate of 12% per annum under the Civil Act from May 9, 2020 to August 24, 2020, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case from May 24, 2020 to the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case from May 9, 2020, and from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
