Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On May 15, 2016, the Defendant driving the said car at around 00:50, and driving the said car at around 50 km in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the three-lane road in front of the “Eju store” located in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, at the right angle from the Kimpo bank to the right angle of a speed of about 50km.
