1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant’s status as a technical staff member of AC hospital is a person who treats patients using medical materials, such as taking a course of study, taking a course of study, and taking a place in the above hospital, and who applies for the purchase of relevant medical materials to the above hospital purchase team and manages the medical materials received through the purchase team, and who is deemed as a public official in the application of bribery under the Criminal Act according to AD law.

B B around August 18, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 212,10,000 from April 3, 2009 to August 18, 2017, a total of KRW 227 times in total, including the transfer of KRW 80,000 to the Defendant’s National Bank Account (AG) in return for filing an application for the purchase of a new product from AC hospital outside the hospital and the Plaintiff, the representative of “AF,” a medical aid supplier, “AF,” which is a medical aid provider, to the above AC hospital.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his duties.

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 30,100,000 from February 16, 2009 to January 25, 2017, a total of 27 times, including the transfer of KRW 1 million to the National Bank Account (AG) account of Defendant, in return for filing an application for the purchase of new products, from the above AH’s representative “AH” corporation that supplies medical aids in the above AH” room, and received KRW 30,100,000 from February 16, 2009 to January 25, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his duties.

D) On May 15, 2017, the bribery Defendant continued to supply medical aids, etc. to the above AC hospital by D, the representative of “AI”, a medical aids supplier in the above AC hospital, around May 15, 2017.
