1. The plaintiff
A. Defendant C’s KRW 2,299,303,00 and 5% per annum from November 25, 2014 to April 14, 2016.

1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is an agricultural company established for the purpose of the production, distribution, processing, and sale of agricultural, fishery, and livestock products produced in ancient-gun. The Defendants are employees of the Plaintiff as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “Neman”), and paid the price of goods first without any specific security, but failed to recover part of the advance payment as described in the following table. H, Costaland (hereinafter referred to as “Saland”), I, J, and K entered into a credit goods supply contract with the following goods without securing any specific security, but failed to recover part of the credit payment as described in the following table:
