Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2016, the Defendant driven a Cobserver passenger car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1 k from a road near the south-do, Do-dong at Jeju-si to the end of peace parts in the same Do-dong to the roads in front of peace parts in the same Do-dong.
