Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:25 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C, a slope belonging to the Mine Name Police Station B district, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from the Defendant on his 112 that the Defendant frighted the fright, following the Defendant’s flashing of the luminous-dong luminous-dong light, by speaking to the service personnel “I am sing away, ice, ice, ice, ice, ice, and so on” and by speaking to the public as seen earlier by their passengers.
