1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) for KRW 88,00,000 and its amount from November 11, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. Party 1) The Plaintiff is a corporation that is engaged in advertising agency business, business manufacturing and selling cosmetics. 2) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a corporation that is engaged in entertainment, entertainment, etc. and belongs to the fourth group of “E”. Defendant C, D, F, and G are members of “E”.

B. On June 2016, the Plaintiff extended the scope of business to manufacture cosmetics and released male cosmetics to the brand called “H.” (2) On July 25, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded an advertising model contribution agreement with the Defendants and F, G, and advertising model (hereinafter “instant contribution agreement”) for advertising and publicity of H cosmetics. The main contents are as follows.

1. 2. Sick shall run twice in total the shooting and photographing of Gap within the term of contract.

3. Gap and Eul, and Byung may modify an advertisement medium or the frequency of contribution, etc. due to unavoidable reasons, if any, under mutual agreement, and shall prepare a separate agreement on additional expenses due to such modification and verify it.
