Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant operates a self-market operating company and takes a life as a basic consumer, and tried to provide a loan to a lending company, etc., the Defendant was asked to connect a loan from a person without his/her name to a place where the loan can be available, and he/she was asked to receive a loan through a 'distinker'.

Accordingly, on February 28, 2011, the Defendant entered into an agreement on the part of the modern part of the monthly 1,040,855 won in the interest rate of 25 million won for 36 months in order to purchase the victim's (state) 311 located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, in order to conceal the above facts, at the office of the branch office of the branch office of the party (state), the Defendant: (a) entered into an agreement on the part of the modern part of the victim's 1,040,000 won in the interest rate of 28.5% for 36 months; and (b) received the 25 million won from the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
