A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the assaults against the victim D.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted attack on October 24, 2012 at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 17, 2014 at the Sungdong Detention House, after being sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury on November 7, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, at the main point of “G,” the victim F (hereinafter referred to as “F, 43 years of age) working for the said employee; (b) at the point of “G,” the Defendant was able to walk the main entrance at several times due to the weather, and (c) the victim, who was frighted to walk the main entrance, opened the entrance, and frighted into the main entrance, and was issued with 5,00 won at the market price, from the victim, the Defendant was able to walk the main entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant received property by threatening the victim.

2. 3. Obstruction of business;

A. The Defendant demanded the victim to provide alcohol, but the victim did not comply with the demand.
