1. The reasoning for this court’s explanation is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for adding “the testimony of the witness H of the first instance court” to “each statement” following the third page 13 of the judgment of the first instance. As such, this Court cited it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
