Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:05 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 02:05, at the “Crogate” located in the Busan Shodong-gu, the Defendant 2: (b) 32 years of age to the victim D (the age of 32) who seeks to calculate the singing room fee in the crogate; (c) the victim was fluored by having the victim take two times the left eye of the victim’s left eye in his head; and (d) flusing the victim to take out of the building from the stairs, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, including approximately eight weeks of the right slebre, the front part of the right slebre, the front part of which requires treatment.
