2. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) at around 03:20 on the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant d in front of Gyeonggi-si, which was located in Gyeonggi-si C, was sucking behind her seat while taking a balke while driving the balke at around 1m.
