On October 19, 2012, at around 04:30 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s entrance only once a drinking, on the ground that the victim B (ma, 30 years old) does not want to drink under the influence of alcohol from the stairs of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu 618-496 Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
