Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The name, standard, quantity, and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office.

Nevertheless, on July 19, 2019, the Defendant did not report to the head of the relevant customs office on July 19, 2019, and attempted to import the mountain ginseng of an amount of KRW 8,790,000 from China into a bank, and attempted to import the mountain ginseng of KRW 102 from China during customs inspection.
