A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that he/she has a weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to psychosexual disorder, etc.:

1. On January 7, 2015, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) carried a mother’s gun (non-shot gun), which is a dangerous object within the “propact peace park” located in the calendar of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 63 Station No. 4 located in the calendar of Eunpyeong-gu; (b) carried a dangerous object and a deadly weapon, which might be used for committing an offense, such as violence, without justifiable grounds, by carrying a dangerous object and a deadly weapons, which are: (c) in his/her own bank; (d) approximately 20cm in length, which is a deadly weapon; and (e) approximately 10cm in length; and (e) approximately 7cm in length of a day).

2. On February 24, 2015, around 11:35, the Defendant carried a dangerous object, such as a kitchen knife (the total length of 34cm, 21cm) and a kitchen knife (the knife length of 21cm), which is a dangerous object in front of the port middle school located in the calendar of Silung-si, 435, in front of Silung-si, and carried a dangerous object, which might be used for a crime without good cause, such as displaying the knife as the knife.
