Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On April 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor by violating the National Sports Promotion Act at the Seoul Central District Court on April 15, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 15, 2015.
[2] The Defendant: (a) conspired to open and operate a private sports territory site, such as “E” which imitates D; and (b) operated an illegal Internet gambling site in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (c) operated an account in the name of another person without business registration from March 14, 201 to May 21, 201; (d) operated the illegal Internet gambling site in the manner of receiving deposits from the account in the name of another person without business registration from March 14, 201 to May 21, 2014; (e) by fraud or other unlawful means of not filing a report with the competent tax office until January 25, 2012; (e) KRW 490,909,090; (e) KRW 250,000; and (e) KRW 25,745,71,75,715,765,716,75,781, 2011; and (e) reported the annual amount of tax on May 31, 25, 2018.
