A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant forged the above J's signature for the purpose of exercising, and around that time, presented it to K as if it was duly formed.
