1. The balance of cash payment of 30% of the construction amount on February 28, 2014 shall be made in cash within 15 days after the completion of the work, for cash payments of 30% of the construction amount on March 10, 2014;

2. The cost of the delivery (construction) shall be claimed with a written claim for the issuance issued by the agent of “B” or “B”, and the time of termination of the delivery (construction).
